LES for Ducted Fuel Injection
PWT and e3 – Engines Energy Environment from Politecnico di Torino teamed up to develop a Multi-slice LES simulation framework for Ducted Fuel Injection (DFI) and free spray injection analysis. This methodology reduces computational time by more than 50% and can be leveraged to optimize the DFI system for in-cylinder applications!
